Be Confident, God’s Word Never Fails – Part II

As I mentioned earlier in Part 1 of this series, you need to be confident because God’s Word never fails. Paul the Apostle said, “Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:” (Philippians 1:6).
You need to understand that God’s Word is dependable, it is reliable, it never fails! Jesus emphasized this in Mark 13:31 when He said, “Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.” Trust in the Lord wholeheartedly, and rest your faith on His Word. Don’t use human wisdom or ideas to try to work things out for Him. Don’t take His Word lightly. Be confident that He will fulfill His Word as He promised, for He is not man that He should lie! Hallelujah!

You need to understand that on some issues concerning your life, God will not act like a Microwave, where you expect things done in just five minutes. Some things take time and you need to be patient. Now, this does not mean God is not working on your issue, He is working on it behind the scenes, hallelujah!

Remember it takes only 21days for a hen to hatch its eggs into chicks. For a rabbit it takes 30days to deliver young ones. A human being takes 9months to give birth to a baby. What about an elephant? It takes up to 22months to give birth to a young one. Did you notice that the young one of an elephant cannot be compared to a chick or a rabbit, not even a baby in size? It is far much bigger than them all but it took time to grow, 22months!

Listen, you need to understand that you produce your size. And sometimes the bigger the size, the more time it takes to deliver the desired product. Some promises may take a little longer than others before they are fulfilled in your life, that does not mean God has forgotten to do what He promised. The point here is that some things take time, however, surely God is working behind the scenes and will fulfill His promises in your life.

So don’t give up or give in! God never fails! You are blessed Today, and remember, JESUS IS LORD!
